Arrive at Kathgodam Railway Station or Pantnagar Airport. Transfer to Nainital (approx. 2 hours). Check in at the hotel and relax. Explore Mall Road and Naini Lake for boating.

How to Reach Nainital
By Air
The nearest airport is Pantnagar Airport (70 km). Regular flights operate from Delhi. From the airport, taxis and buses are easily available to reach Nainital.
By Train
The nearest railway station is Kathgodam (34 km). Trains like Ranikhet Express and Uttar Sampark Kranti directly connect Kathgodam with Delhi. From here, taxis/shared cabs reach Nainital in 1 hour.
By Road
Nainital is about 300 km from Delhi (6–7 hours by car). Regular buses connect Nainital with Delhi, Dehradun, and other nearby cities.

🛑 Cancellation Policy
For cancellation of tour services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reasons, notification must be given in writing.
Cancellation Charges (Per Person):
30 days or more before departure → 25% of total cost
20–29 days before departure → 50% of total cost
Less than 20 days before departure → 100% of total cost
Less than 10 days before departure → No cash refund, but booking can be transferred to a friend (same tour, same batch).
If We Change or Cancel Your Tour:
We plan in advance but may need to make changes in rare cases (weather, insufficient bookings, unforeseen reasons).
If changes are required, we will inform you at the earliest.
If cancellation is from our side:
✔️ Alternative dates will be offered (if tour has not started).
✔️ If not suitable, a full refund will be processed.
💳 Payment Policy
46 days or more before departure → Pay 25% of total cost
31–45 days before departure → Pay 50% of total cost
30 days or less before departure → Pay 100% of total cost
⚠️ Important: The booking will be cancelled automatically if full payment is not received at least 30 days before departure.

Meals will include both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options (as per prior request).
Rates are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
Prices may vary during peak seasons (festivals, public holidays, long weekends).
One child (5–12 years) will be charged an additional 15% of the total tariff.
Any special requests (dietary preferences, room amenities, etc.) must be communicated in advance and are subject to feasibility.
